Among other changes, the Vitz now uses only one wiper, which is a water sprayer. Automatically turn off life headlights and vehicle exterior lights. For example, if you enter at night or in a cave, the light will come alive. Additionally, the glass door has a special coating that can reduce UV rays by up to 99%.

As for the engine, the Vitz now uses Dual VVT-i (Dual Variable Valve Timing-Intelligent) along with Super CVT-i (Super Variable Transmission-Intelligent).

As explained, the stop and start system works quickly. It takes just 0.35 seconds from the accelerator pedal to stop the engine. Machines can accelerate directly from standstill.

All variants are equipped with Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) and ABS. Driver and front passenger SRS airbags are also available.

Apart from the F and U variants, Toyota also introduced a sporty RS version at the start of sales, which was equipped with Aerokit front and rear.

As for the transmission, the CVT offers a 5-speed manual transmission as well as a sequential 7-speed Sport Shiftmatic via shift paddles. There are 7 exterior color options, 4 interior colors.
